Facility fees in Plano may rise
Currently, Plano charges $19 an hour to rent out an elementary school gym to nonprofit groups, plus custodial and other fees. In a district survey of seven area districts, including Plano, the average fee was $69.11. Three charge $100 or more. [ View Article ]   Oct 12, 2004

              and we obtained these documents on October 6, 2004.  Note:  2002-03 documents still outstanding.

* Click here: EISD Board Policy GE:        Booster clubs who handle any monies through dues collections, fund-raising, etc., shall have an annual audit. This should be approved by an audit committee of the organization. An annual financial statement must be filed with the Superintendent. This statement must provide the following information for each fiscal year: a. Beginning cash balance. b. Total revenue and expenditures by major category. c. Closing cash balance. This report is due on or before July 1st of each year.  (Note:  Eanes ISD changed board policy during 2006 - new due date is September 1.)
