Courage is the most important of all the virtues, because without courage you can't practice any other virtues consistently. You can't be consistently kind or fair or humane or generous, not without courage, because if you don't have it, sooner or later you will stop and say, "The threat is too much. The difficulty is ...too high. The challenge is too great. ~ Maya Angelou

I request to inspect documents held by Nola Wellman or her staff that are related in any way to the use of voice mail and/or email attachments of voice mail as a method of communication with the board or her “cabinet.”

I am sure that if you query Nola, she will know about the process of attaching voice mails to emails for the purpose of communication or distributing the voice mail in other ways.

If the documents show or reflect information regarding the use of voice mail and/or email attachments of voice mail for communication, the documents are responsive.

As an example, if you have documents reflecting information about the use of voice mail or audio recording as a means to pass along information or communicate, please produce.  As another example, you may have documents regarding the use of audio and/or the destruction of audio or voice mail and those are responsive.  I am sure Nola will be able to promptly help you with this one since she is forwarding the voice mails.

Responsive documents can but will not necessarily pertain to Nola’s communication with the board and/or her “cabinet” (that’s the term she uses) and may be general in nature.

Please contact me if you need additional clarification.
