Please provide the check register (excluding payroll) for the time period of January 31, 2008 – February 29, 2008. 

Please provide electronically to me dpharr@austin.rr.com  and include the following information:  check number, date, amount, payee, associated accounting codes and associated descriptions.

Please do not include bank account numbers that are confidential by mandatory law or social security numbers.  If the district wishes to exempt any other information that is confidential by law, please contact me so that we can work together to avoid the cost and delay of an OAG opinion request.

Further, as I have offered many times, if the district will post this basic public information regarding the expenditure of our tax dollars, I will withdraw my public information request.  Currently, I post the check register on my Web site:  www.keepeanesinformed.com. Accordingly, I request that the district waive any charges associated with this information request because provision of this information on my site is for the public good.
