The Eanes ISD October 4, 2006 board minutes include the following statement from the Eanes ISD School Board President Robert Durkee:

Mr. Durkee reported that the EISD Board of Trustees has been invited to meet with the Lake Travis ISD Board and Mr. David Thompson regarding the Lake Travis ISD vs. Lovelace lawsuit. A possible meeting date is, Wed., Oct. 18, 2006.

I request to inspect any and all documents that show or reflect communications regarding this meeting or any other proposed or actual meetings between board member(s), administration, and/or agents of Eanes ISD and Lake Travis ISD. 

Some of the documents that I expect may be responsive to my request include but are not limited to:

• Documents, communications and emails regarding any proposed and/or held meetings
• Notes from the meeting in the care, custody and/or control of Eanes ISD
• Notice of meeting in any form
• Minutes of meeting in any form
• Agenda of meeting in any form
• Invitation to meet including but not limited to proposed dates
• Expenses associated with meeting
• All information shared between and among employees, board members and/or agents of either Eanes ISD and LTISD regarding the issues of any proposed meeting

Responsive documents may be between and among the districts and/or within Eanes ISD only.

If the district wishes to withhold any of the responsive information, please contact me so that we can work together to avoid the cost and delay of an OAG opinion ruling request.
